With an increased demand for enrolment, Newport College has grown exponentially in the past number of years to cope with demand Newport College decided to install a high quality pre-engineered solution that offered a competitive price and VFM.
Advanced Space Providers proudly collaborated with Newport College, providing an exceptional modular building solution to cater to the college’s expanding enrolment needs. Our pre-engineered solution, offered at a competitive price, surpasses regulations while providing a welcoming learning environment for students and staff.
Our design, embodying modest form with clean lines and simple geometry, contrasts beautifully with the existing traditional school building. This 530sq.m extension, installed in two phases, incorporates four classrooms, a music room, WC facilities, and a state-of-the-art science lab. We offer various cladding options, allowing the college to tailor the building’s external appearance to their liking.
Our use of high-density, class A1 non-combustible mineral wool throughout the building ensures high thermal efficiency, excellent acoustic quality, and fire performance. Pioneering the Irish market with a standard internal ceiling height of 3m, our modular buildings provide a vast learning space, enhancing the building’s physical comfort.
One of our standout features is the floor-to-ceiling windows, filling classrooms with natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting, and further improving the overall comfort of the learning environment.
