Advanced Space Providers designed a single-storey, purpose-built modular building for Lufthansa Technik. This state-of-the-art commercial modular building added an additional 450 square meters of space. The layout included a variety of settings, from individual and open-plan offices to cellular offices, meeting rooms, and WC/locker room facilities. Furthermore, a commercial-grade kitchen and canteen facility was incorporated into the design.
One of the unique features of the building is our Class A1 non-combustible mineral wool wall panel system. This innovative solution offers an industry-first 3-hour fire rating, meeting and surpassing fire rating requirements due to its proximity to the existing building. Our fire-rated modular solution satisfied local authorities, designers, and the client alike.
Our team seamlessly integrated the new building into the existing structure using a modular canopy link structure. This ensured a smooth transition between the two buildings, underscoring the versatility and adaptability of our modular construction methods.
