DMD Modular operates from a state-of-the-art manufacturing campus in Skawina, southern Poland, encompassing over 11,500 square metres of production, logistics, and office space across a 4.37-hectare site. With the ability to produce up to 80 high-quality modules per month, the facility enables exceptional control over quality and delivery schedules. Its proximity to Krakow and Katowice airports also provides convenience for international clients—facilitating site visits, coordination meetings, and streamlined logistics.
